What moves the price of this card

The Nefeltari Vivi (Welcome Pack Vol. 2) on this page is the Normal printing from One Piece Promotion Cards, and it trades at $3.13 in near mint condition. The same name is on 8 other printings: Extra Booster: One Piece Heroines Edition EB03-024 at $434.63, One Piece Promotion Cards ST01-009 at $311.37, One Piece Promotion Cards OP13-012 at $133.90, Kingdoms of Intrigue OP04-001 at $113.06, The Azure Sea's Seven EB04-025 at $33.70, Extra Booster: One Piece Heroines Edition EB03-024 at $30.79, Extra Booster: Anime 25th Collection EB02-026 at $27.53, One Piece Promotion Cards OP13-012 at $25.94, so read the set, the number and the rarity together before comparing prices.

Graded, it runs PSA 9 $25.50, CGC/BGS 9.5 $28, PSA 10 $101.35. PSA has graded 55 copies of it. 65 completed sales are on file.

Condition does most of the work below the surface. A copy with soft corners or a print line off centre trades well under the market price shown here, and a copy clean enough to grade trades well above it, which is why the PSA 10 sits at $101.35. Before you value your own copy, look at the corners under a light and check the centring on the back, where most cards give themselves away.
